今年第13号台风“白海豚”今天13时其中心位于江西省上饶市广丰区境内，强度为热带风暴级。预计“白海豚”将以每小时10~15公里左右的速度向西北方向移动，强度变化不大。统计8月10日10时00分到13时00分降雨量，宝山吴淞街道102.0毫米为最大，1小时雨量最大出现在宝山吴淞街道60.5毫米。
