背景介绍：据法新社8月9日报道，伊朗总统府当日宣布，穆赫辛·雷扎伊被任命为伊朗最高国家安全委员会秘书。雷扎伊生于1954年，拥有德黑兰大学博士学位。他曾在1981年至1997年担任伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队总司令，1997年至2021年担任确定国家利益委员会秘书长，2021年至2023年担任分管经济事务的副总统。
