8月10日，“Token超级工厂”魔形智能宣布完成A轮融资。本轮融资由毅达资本领投，并引入多家战略资源方，诚元祥投资、洪山资本、瑞锋资本、南通产控思源人工智能基金（由南通产控、上海交大菡源资产共同发起设立）、灏俊投资等联合投资，达泰资本、香港科技园创投基金等老股东持续加注。本轮融资资金将主要用于推进算力基础设施技术迭代与商业化落地。
