观点网讯：8月9日，新鸿基旗下元朗芊御公布最新销售数据，过去一周（8月3日至8月9日）录得18宗成交，属同期全港一手新盘之冠，累售317套，累积套现逾17亿元。
期内成交单位均为2房户型，实用面积由359至413平方呎，折实成交价由522万元至640万元，折实呎价由13,148元至16,699元。其中价单单位售出逾95%。
