新京报讯 据中央气象台消息，今年第13号台风“白海豚”的中心已于今天（9日）下午18点40分前后在浙江省温州乐清市翁垟街道沿海再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有13级（38米/秒），中心最低气压为950百帕。
