【乌称俄袭击敖德萨地区 致部分区域电力中断】财联社8月9日电，敖德萨电力公司当地时间8月9日发布消息称，凌晨俄罗斯对敖德萨地区发动袭击后，当地出现停电情况，部分区域电力供应中断。目前抢修工作已开展，供电恢复作业正在推进。俄罗斯方面对此暂无回应。（央视新闻）
