海曙区气象台2026年08月09日13时54分将暴雨橙色预警信号升级为暴雨红色预警信号：受台风“白海豚”影响，昨天以来我区普降暴雨到大暴雨，预计我区所有镇乡（街道）今天到明天早晨仍有暴雨到大暴雨，最大小时雨强40～70毫米，请注意防范持续强降水可能引发的道路积水、城乡积涝、小流域山洪、山体滑坡等次生灾害。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
