近日，信用能源网站发布华中能源监管局行政处罚公示，涉及5家发电企业，处罚事由均为“与其它经营主体在中长期市场集中交易中以事先协商约定电量、电价及时间等方式实现定向交易，现货市场中协同报价”，各处以罚金55万元，合计处罚金额275万元。
