据江门市住房和城乡建设局消息，为进一步拓宽住房公积金使用渠道，满足市民住房配套消费需求，江门出台阶段性提取政策，支持缴存职工因购买车位（库）申请提取住房公积金。该政策自2026年8月8日起正式施行，有效期至2026年12月31日。
