三峡能源（600905）发布公告，公司基础设施公募REITs——“华泰三峡清洁能源封闭式基础设施证券投资基金”（基金场内简称三峡REIT，基金代码508059）于2026年8月7日起在上海证券交易所上市交易。
该REITs于2026年7月2日完成发售，募集基金份额5亿份，发售价格8.013元/份，募集资金净额约40.07亿元。
2026年一季度，三峡能源实现收入69.48亿元，归母净利润10.40亿元。
