据报道，SK海力士表示，将投资约54万亿韩元在韩国本土扩张芯片业务。公司计划在清州的M17芯片厂投资19.1万亿韩元，在龙仁工厂投资35.2万亿韩元。
该决定是今年六月宣布的中长期投资战略的一部分。
