中央气象台今日发布台风黄色预警：今年第13号台风“白海豚”预计将于9日下午至10日早晨在浙江到福建北部沿海登陆。受其影响，华东沿海将出现强风雨天气，部分地区有大暴雨、特大暴雨。
与此同时，冷空气也在影响我国，东北地区率先降温，华北地区的高温天气即将结束，将退出高温圈。
