8月6日，迪信通（06188）发布公告，公司已完成第六届董事会董事候选人的提名工作。根据公司章程及相关监管规定，第六届董事会将由九名董事组成，包括一名职工代表董事及三名独立非执行董事。
董事会建议提名许丽萍和刘亮为执行董事候选人，潘安然、刘锦易和刘松山为非执行董事候选人，吕廷杰、蔡振辉和刘志勇为独立非执行董事候选人。
