人民财讯8月6日电，聚灿光电8月6日消息，聚灿光电科技（宿迁）有限公司近日与中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所正式签署合作协议，共建“光互连Micro-LED与空间光伏创新联合实验室”。双方合作聚焦两大方向，分别为光互连Micro-LED芯片和空间光伏关键技术研发。
