8月6日，石基信息（002153）发布公告，公司近期依据国家税收法律法规，对涉税事项开展自查，需补缴税款及滞纳金合计2149万元。截至公告披露日，上述税款及滞纳金已全部缴纳完毕，本次补缴税款事项不涉及行政处罚。
2026年一季度，石基信息实现收入6.06亿元，归母净利润2364万元。
