8月5日，欧菲光（002456）发布公告，周亮因工作调整辞去公司董事会秘书职务，辞职后继续担任公司董事、副总经理职务。
同时，董事会同意聘任李茵为公司副总经理、董事会秘书，任期至公司第六届董事会任期届满为止。
李茵，1991年10月生，曾任翔丰华（300890）副总经理、董事会秘书，科信技术（300565）副总经理、董事会秘书。
2026年一季度，欧菲光实现收入37.29亿元，归母净利润-2.47亿元。
