8月6日，中国海油对外宣布，全球首座16兆瓦张力腿（简称TLP）浮式风电平台——“海油安澜号”成功接入陆丰油田电网，正式为海上油田直供绿电。
“海油安澜号”从开工到并网发电仅用不到1年半时间，工程建设速度创全球同类装备纪录，下面我们通过一个短片一起了解下它的建设历程。
