近日，由周文、杨正源、钟锦宸所著《浪潮：人工智能时代的技术主权与技术陷阱》一书由天津人民出版社出版发行。
本书以技术变革为主线，从农耕技术、蒸汽机、电气化写到人工智能，在历史大视野中揭示技术主权与技术陷阱的内在关联，为回答人工智能时代高水平科技自立自强何以必要、何以可能提供了有益思考。
