7月21日，青岛海牛足球俱乐部官方宣布：经与天津津门虎足球俱乐部及球员本人达成一致，球员李嗣镕租借加盟青岛海牛队，租借期至2026年12月31日。
夏窗租借加盟青岛海牛队后，23岁的李嗣镕尚未获得出场机会。
