8月5日，康方生物宣布，其自研全球首创PD-1/VEGF双抗新药依沃西的海外合作伙伴Summit Therapeutics将开展依沃西联合维恩妥尤单抗（EV，Nectin-4 ADC）对比帕博利珠单抗联合EV，一线治疗局部晚期或转移性尿路上皮癌（LA/mUC）的II/III期国际多中心注册性临床研究（HARMONi-GU1/AK112-3008）。目前，HARMONi-GU1的中国研究部分由康方生物负责推进，Summit负责开展HARMONi-GU1研究包括美国、欧洲等在内的海外研究部分。
