高鹏凌，1975年9月生，重庆人。2021年5月任巴中市代市长，后当选巴中市市长。今年7月22日，高鹏凌辞去巴中市市长职务。至此番履新。
7月28日消息，许磊当选巴中市人民政府市长。许磊，1974年3月生，此前任阿坝州委常委、常务副州长。7月22日消息，许磊任巴中市副市长，代理市长。
