市气象台5日10时15分发布暴雨红色预警：
过去3小时，尚志志成区域降水量已达80毫米。预计未来3小时，尚志东部乡镇仍有30至50毫米降水，个别乡镇累计降雨量将超100毫米，请广大市民及相关单位严密防范。
