【台积电1.4纳米工厂建设进度超前】《科创板日报》4日讯，台积电位于台中中部科学园区、总投资490亿美元的1.4纳米晶圆厂，整体建设进度较原定计划提前。该厂于2025年11月动工，预计2027年4月完成首批硅片试片流片；若进展顺利，2027年第三季度可开展首轮试产。试产验证通过后，2028年年中启动大规模量产。（台湾工商时报）
