7月31日，山东省人民政府发布通报。经县域经济差异化评价，省政府决定对县域经济高质量发展成效显著的烟台市福山区等20个县（市、区）和进步明显的枣庄市台儿庄区等10个县（区）予以表扬。其中，德州市陵城区入选2025年度县域经济高质量发展进步明显的县（市、区）名单。
