【十铨：DRAM缺货最严峻时刻预计在2027年上半年】《科创板日报》3日讯，存储模组厂十铨科技第二季营收75.88亿新台币，环比减少16.11%，同比增66.18%，税后净利润24.12亿新台币，环比增长5.14%，同比增长21827%；累计上半年营收166.33亿新台币，同比增长67.74%，税后净利47.06亿新台币，同比大增39倍。十铨表示，全球AI基础建设建置带动大量存储需求，主要DRAM原厂积极扩充产能，但短期仍难有效缓解供需失衡，缺货最严峻的时期预期将落在2027年上半年。
