8月3日，中国船舶（600150）发布公告，近日收到公司总会计师王洁辞职的书面辞呈。王洁因工作调整原因，向公司董事会提出辞去总会计师职务。辞职后，王洁将继续担任公司全资子公司上海外高桥造船有限公司总会计师。
2026年一季度，中国船舶实现收入433.12亿元，归母净利润48.32亿元。
