8月3日，慧辰股份（688500）发布公告，公司召开董事会会议，同意免去赵龙总经理职务，同时其法定代表人身份自动免除，赵龙将继续担任公司董事长，仍为公司实际控制人。
同时，公司董事会同意聘任韩丁为总经理，任期自公司董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止，韩丁担任公司总经理后同时担任公司法定代表人。
2026年一季度，慧辰股份实现收入1.05亿元，归母净利润-2756万元。
