格隆汇8月3日｜Ferguson Enterprises(FERG.US)盘前涨超7%。消息面上，Ferguson是北美最大的水管、暖通空调（HVAC）及照明产品批发分销商，总部位于弗吉尼亚州纽波特纽斯。标普道琼斯指数公司7月31日宣布，Ferguson将于8月5日开盘前正式加入标普500指数，取代因被沙特公共投资基金等投资者财团以550亿美元收购而即将私有化的游戏开发商艺电（Electronic Arts）。
