2026年8月3日，燕麦科技(688312.SH)公告称，公司控股股东、实际控制人及董事长刘燕与哈尔滨工业大学教育发展基金会签署《股份捐赠协议》，为回馈母校，刘燕向哈工大教育发展基金会无偿捐赠其持有的公司股票106万股（占公司总股本的0.72%），捐赠股票均为无限售流通股。
公告显示，捐赠股票将用于支持哈工大仪器等学科及实验室发展建设、奖学金、师生创新创业发展等。
