人民财讯8月3日电，国家发展改革委、国家能源局印发《新型电力系统建设“十五五”规划》，规划提出，推动光热发电规模化发展，因地制宜发展生物质和地热能发电，推进海洋能规模化利用。到2030年，生物质、光热、地热能、海洋能等发电装机达到6500万千瓦左右。
