8月1日，祥鹏航空8L9663航班从乌鲁木齐飞往成都的航班延误4小时。多位网友发帖称，现场工作人员向滞留旅客提供的餐食竟是过期泡面。
A Lucky Air flight from Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to Chengdu, Sichuan province was delayed for four hours on Saturday, drawing criticism after passengers were given expired instant noodles during the delay.

现场画面显示，多名旅客站在登机口前，有旅客手持一盒生产日期为2026年1月6日、保质期至7月3日的泡面，随后交还给现场工作人员，“大哥怒摔过期泡面，现场一片混乱。”同时，还有多位旅客在与工作人员沟通过期泡面的事情。
Videos circulating online showed passengers gathered at the boarding gate. One passenger held up a cup of instant noodles labeled with a production date of Jan 6, 2026, and an expiration date of Jul 3, 2026 — nearly a month past its shelf life. In the footage, the passenger slammed the expired cup onto the service counter, leading to a heated exchange with airline staff as other travelers also questioned how the expired food had been distributed.

记者从祥鹏航空客服人员处获悉，该航班延误系天气原因。记者从航旅纵横查询到，该航班计划飞行时间为8月1日20:45至次日00:10。当天20时27分，平台发布变更消息，航班调整为23:55至次日04:05。实际起飞时间为8月2日00:52，到达时间为03:45。
另据潇湘晨报，对于发放过期方便面，工作人员称，因为飞机延误，航司第一时间让地面服务人员提供餐食，的确是有部分不符合标准的餐食，工作人员识别后立即收回，没有旅客食用，航司正在开展服务调查，同时给予出现餐食问题的旅客每人两百元的补偿。
Lucky Air acknowledged the incident. A company representative said that after the flight was delayed, ground staff were instructed to distribute meals to passengers as quickly as possible. "Some of the food items had passed their expiration dates," the representative said. "The expired products were identified immediately and withdrawn before being consumed."
The airline said it has launched an internal investigation and will offer each affected passenger 200 yuan in compensation.
