格隆汇8月3日丨三峡新材(600293.SH)公布，公司董事会于近日收到公司副总经理梁开华先生递交的书面辞职报告，梁开华先生因个人原因，申请辞去公司副总经理职务，其辞职申请自送达之日起生效。辞职后，梁开华先生不在公司及公司控股子公司担任任何职务。
