8月3日，核电概念表现活跃，利伯特涨停，常辅股份（920396.BJ）、哈焊华通（301137.SZ）、合锻智能（603011.SH）、海陆重工（002255.SZ）、中国核建（601611.SH）跟涨。
消息面上，国务院常务会议决定核准辽宁庄河一期工程等四个核电项目。核电工程历来是扩大有效投资的重要拉动力，据估算，上述新项目的总投资将超过1700亿元。
