8月3日早8时，@京港地铁 发文称：目前，地铁14号线下行（开往张郭庄方向）一列车在东风北桥至枣营站区间出现故障，经工作人员及时处置后，故障列车退出运营正线，运营秩序逐步恢复正常。
乘客可通过京港地铁官网、微信、小程序、微博等线上方式获取延误告知，也可通过车站领取。
