连云港一小区近日火灾中，父亲成功逃生，一对母女为避火从4楼爬至外墙腰线。母亲紧抓窗栏固定3岁女儿，却在消防喷水时双双坠楼。女儿不幸身亡，母亲仍在ICU未脱险。父亲曾喊停喷水未果，质疑救援未架云梯气垫。
