一家总部位于匹兹堡的医院系统将从一家总部位于俄亥俄州的医疗系统收购设施。
CommonSpirit Health 周一宣布，已同意将 Trinity Health System 的所有权转让给 UPMC。此次所有权转让包括 Trinity West、Trinity East、Trinity St. Clairsville Neighborhood Hospital、Trinity Twin City Medical Center 及相关诊所。
UPMC总裁兼首席执行官莱斯利·戴维斯表示，这次整合，关键就是要给俄亥俄河谷的老百姓提供高质量的医疗服务。
“我们期待我们的患者和社区都有一个美好的未来，”她在声明中写道。
这一转变预计今年秋天完成，但还需通过监管审查并满足交割条件。
