新鲜柚子一个，冰糖200g，蜂蜜200g，盐少许

【制作步骤】

1、用盐在柚子表面搓5分钟（也可用刷子搓），去除柚子皮上的果蜡。然后用温水把柚子皮洗干净。

2、把柚子皮取下来后，用刀将柚子皮上的白瓤去掉，因为白瓤很苦，会影响蜂蜜柚子茶的口感。

3、将柚子皮切成细丝，越细越好，将切好的细丝放入盐水中浸泡三个小时，并用手搓洗，最后再换水浸泡，至没有苦味即可。

4、剥出柚子的果肉，并掰成小块备用。

5、锅中加入，依次加入柚子皮、冰糖、柚子果肉，大火煮开后转小火熬制，使柚子皮充分吸收冰糖的甜味。

6、熬到汤汁粘稠基本收干，柚子皮透明即可。中间记得要不断搅拌，以免粘锅。

7、放凉后加入蜂蜜，搅拌均匀。记得一定要放凉哦，否则过高的温度会破坏蜂蜜的营养。

8、装入密封容器内，平时可放入冰箱长期保存，喝的时候用温开水冲调即可。
