当地时间8月2日，俄罗斯首都莫斯科市长索比亚宁在社交媒体发文表示，1日发生在该市的餐厅爆炸事件是恐怖袭击，并已造成多人伤亡。
索比亚宁称，执法机关正在调查事件的具体情况。
当地时间8月1日，莫斯科市中心一家餐厅发生爆炸，目前已造成3人死亡、21人受伤。俄罗斯国家反恐委员会通报称，事故系自制爆炸装置爆炸所致。（总台记者 王斌）
