秦皇岛市气象台08月02日08时发布：1日夜间，我市西南部出现分散性阵雨或雷阵雨天气。降雨区平均降雨量为0.9毫米，最大降雨量出现在昌黎靖安为2.9毫米，最大小时雨强出现在昌黎靖安为2.8毫米/小时（02日00时-01时）。
各县区平均降水量（最大站点）：卢龙县0.8（雷店子1.3），昌黎县1.2（靖安2.9），北戴河新区0.4（滑沙场0.5），其他县区无降水。
预计今日白天我市中北部地区有分散性短时阵雨或雷阵雨（1～5毫米，个别地点20毫米以上），南风2～3级，28℃～35℃。
