8月1日，半导体设备龙头企业中微公司（688012）在上海临港举行总部大楼落成暨22周年庆典。中微公司董事长尹志尧在典礼上致辞称，要在未来五年内至少覆盖60%的半导体高端设备，成为全球覆盖率最高的半导体设备公司。到2035年在规模、产品竞争力和客户满意度上成为全球第一梯队的半导体设备公司。
