近日，江苏连云港东方领秀小区一段“住宅起火，母女为避险不幸从4楼（下有一层防空层）建筑外墙窗栏坠落”的视频，引发全网关注。
8月1日，记者实地探访了事发楼栋下方空间，空间十分局促仅约10平米，有绿化带和一排变电箱。消防曾称现场并不具备云梯作业、铺设气垫的条件。小区居民回忆表示：当时烟很大。
