近日，《全国供销合作社“十五五”发展规划》（以下简称《规划》）发布。《规划》提出，到2030年，我国将新建改造上百个国家战略农资储备库，打造全国仓储设施骨干网。同时，在产粮大县新建改造1000个左右县域农资配送中心，全面提升农资保供稳价能力，夯实国家粮食安全根基。
