建業實業、漢圓置業公告稱，2026年7月31日，The Bauhinia Hotels Group Japan 3与买方订立买卖协议，以16.75亿日圆（约8210万港元）出售位于日本大阪的酒店物业。预计出售事项于9月30日前完成，完成后汉国集团、建业集团将分别录得收益约150万、100万港元。所得款项净额约10.33亿日圆（约5060万港元），拟汇回香港用作一般营运资金。
