南网科技7月31日公告，公司拟以现金方式向广州市汇能实业投资有限公司收购其所持有的广州粤能电力科技开发有限公司100%的股权，收购价格按照评估价值4.45亿元确定。公司计划使用超募资金、自有资金支付，其中超募资金支付金额以支付节点超募资金账户余额为准，剩余金额使用自有资金支付。
