7月31日，*ST天宜（688033）发布公告，公司使用闲置募集资金3亿元暂时补充流动资金，于2026年5月13日到期，未能按期归还至募集资金账户，公司及董事长吴佩芳、总经理杨铠璘、财务总监侯玉勃被责令改正。
2026年一季度，*ST天宜实现收入1.16亿元，归母净利润-8516万元。
