7月31日，ST美晨（300237）发布公告，公司全资子公司赛石园林（被告）与山西二建（原告）的建设工程施工合同纠纷案已作出一审判决，赛石园林被判支付山西二建剩余工程款约986万元，公司无需承担连带清偿责任。
2026年一季度，ST美晨实现收入4.81亿元，归母净利润-1000万元。
