近日，有投资者在互动平台向慕思股份（001323.SZ）提问，公司在有这么多现金和理财的情况下为什么还要去借那么多贷款，公司的理财收益率明显比贷款利率低很多，为什么不直接使用自有资金，要去付利息贷款？
慕思股份回复称，2025年公司理财收益率高于贷款利率，相关资金配置与融资安排为综合考量资金使用效率作出的规划。
