日本央行7月31日发布报告称，2026财年日本经济受油价等因素影响增速放缓，实际GDP预计增长0.6%，随后两年预计均增长0.8%。受薪资传导、油价及日元贬值影响，2026财年核心CPI预计上涨2.5%，下半年将明显高于2%，基础通胀率将在2027财年前后达到2%的目标。日央行指出通胀风险偏向上行，鉴于金融条件宽松，将继续提高政策利率并调整宽松程度。
