文县气象台2026年07月31日06时10分将暴雨黄色预警信号升级为暴雨红色预警信号：我县碧口、中庙已出现暴雨，强降水仍将持续。预计今天白天，碧口、刘家坪、玉垒、范坝、中庙、口头坝等部分乡镇降雨量将达100毫米以上，出现大暴雨。请注意防范由强降水可能引发的中小河流洪水、城乡积涝、山洪、滑坡和泥石流等次生灾害。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
