智通财经APP讯，靛蓝星(08373)发布公告，于2026年7月30日，本公司与炘尧订立资本化协议，据此，本公司有条件同意配发及发行，而炘尧有条件同意将于2026年6月30日尚未偿还本金金额为744.48万港元的贷款，按每股约0.6502港元的资本化价格配发及发行1145万股资本化股份的方式予以资本化(总代价约为744万港元)。资本化价格乃经参考尚未偿还贷款金额及股份当时的市价厘定。
